A native of Utah, Megan Kessimakis proudly serves her real estate clients along the Wasatch Front. From Utah County’s growing communities and the diverse Salt Lake County regions to Ogden’s historic neighborhoods, Megan pursues her clients’ real estate objectives with a strong sense of purpose and commitment, whether it’s moving on from the family home or buying a property for the first time.

Originally in pursuit of a sociology degree with a desire to make a positive impact in people’s lives, Megan’s career interests took a turn after a friend encouraged her to consider real estate as a profession. She convinced Megan that her combined qualities of motivation, her ability to create systems for successful outcomes, and a deep abiding sense of service to her community would be beneficial to many who are in need of help with navigating the complexities and numerous details that are characteristic of being a real estate professional. Persuaded to try it out, Megan acquired her real estate license in 2016. After much perseverance and hard work, she was invited to join a seasoned group of real estate professionals. Working with this team helped her to hone her newly acquired skills, gain important industry knowledge, and provided her with the boost she needed to manage all aspects of the real estate process.

Moving to Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in 2019, Megan applies her expertise and passion in creative ways. She has developed effective approaches to the many phases of the real estate process, and this includes bringing her clients much closer into the fold. With her first-time home buyers, she offers comprehensive classes every spring to give people the information they need to confidently step into homeownership. For her homeowners, she keeps them informed on the latest news and guidelines related to estate planning. With a strong referral network, Megan continues to serve her clients with integrity and an abiding commitment to their interests and needs, whether they’re sellers, seasoned investors, or first-timers.

Outside of real estate, Megan enjoys the outdoors she is intimately familiar with, having grown up in and around Salt Lake County. Rock climbing, camping, and paddle boarding are just some of her relaxing pursuits, as well as hiking with her friendly, 7-year-old dog, Gus. Fondly called the connector by her group of friends, Megan is always finding opportunities to meet people and socialize, and she finds an outlet with the time she spends on the Young Professionals Network committee, connecting with her peers across the real estate industry.
